Rachel has been passionate about movement for as long as she can remember. She has a long history teaching Dance, Fitness, and Pilates, as well as multiple embodied movement practices. Dedicated to her own personal health and wellness journey, She started practicing the GYROKINESIS method in 2019. This method has helped to bring back a quality in her body that feels like home. Rebecca is an Osteopathic Practitioner and has completed a five-year program at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver, where she wrote a case study on osteopathic care after cesarean (c-section) birth. Her approach is personalized and hands-on, supporting clients with concerns such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, CRPS, vascular conditions, and hormonal or immune system imbalances. She has a special interest in perinatal and pediatric care. With a background as a professional dancer and over a decade of experience in movement education, Rebecca also teaches the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods, integrating movement and manual therapy to help clients build strength, mobility, and ease.
